Refunds, Returns, and Pre-Orders
At Zamiellion, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Every item is inspected with care to ensure it arrives to you new, unworn, and crafted to our highest standards.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or you have issues with your items, please contact us at info@zamiellion.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return authorization, or refund at our discretion.
Pre-Orders
If your item is a pre-order, you may request a refund anytime before your order is fulfilled. Refunds are returned back to your original payment method.
